seeing joanna newsom was quite an ordeal and an adventure but totally worth it. our small roadtrip suddenly turned into that daria episode when she goes on a roadtrip with trent i swear if danny's glasses had broken and either erin and i had been stung by a bee it would have been unreal how ridiculous it was . the car broke down in a suburb with no hope of ever starting again and then we took a cab to the metra train abandoning the car with little to no money for train tickets thank god it was easter special prices or we would have had to hide from the ticket clerk and proceeded to arrive in Danny and Erin's home town where his sister's car had a gas leak so her friend picked us up and dropped us off at erin's parents house where we retrieved car number two and made it to milwaukee in time to drink a magic hat and relax before Joanna even went onstage. and then she was AMAZING and we drove home and went to sleep utterly exhausted also seeing Joanna in person gave me a newfound love for my ridiculously long hair!!! once my weird layered bits grow out i will be completely content with my side braid!:D oh also my life is stress free besides my show and i now have time to worry about things like my hair and the state of my apartment which i cleaned in its entirety today!!! oh if i only had the patience to meditate, my apartment would be alot messier but i would be so at peace.
