waiting game

now i sit and WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT for two months until i hear back as to whether i get an interview and eventually a fellowship thank god spring break will take my mind off of the waiting and my future being up in the air. gah!

yesterday i painted my nails this really obnoxious orange/coral and it makes everything i touch look fake which is kinda gross slash cool i will live with it everyone needs something highlighter colored when it is this shitty outside it has been sludgy for days now

today on the train two girls turned around and looked at me as i was reading and one of them said "like that!" and pointed to me i continued to read not looking up and she continued by saying "when i get my next weave i want it to look like that" bahahahahahah my hair looked exactly like this^

i finished everything for my fellowship applications !!!!

retrieved all recommendation letters

finished final draft of my personal statement

updated my resume

filled out cover sheet in extremely tidy handwriting completey unlike my own 12 year old boy handwriting

bought navy linen'y folders to put application materials in

now i wait til monday to go to fedex and ship deez bad boyz off and

WAIT until the end of April o cruel cruel world

i really think the paper hanging in my bathroom looks crazy sexy cool with the seventies yellow tile and if i wasn't gonna use it i think i would leave it there

Back to the Future

i love everything about this project! its called "back to the future" by a photographer named irina werning and it recreates old family photos. it reminds me a bit of the project i did at oxbow and makes me want to start using my camera again SO bad maybe when i go home for spring break i will retrieve it however bringing it back to frozen tundra is prolly an awful idea another reason snow blows my list is getting bigger

there are not enough hours in the day to be both lazy and productive
